What to build

When work becomes blocked, L should provide the next useful action instead of leaving Leo to decode technical errors or remember commands. The follow-up should explain what is missing, what Leo can provide, and what L can do next after the blocker is cleared.

Acceptance criteria

  • Blocked work replies include a clear next action in plain Thai/English suitable for LINE.
  • Known blockers such as invalid Cloudflare token, missing zone ID, or ambiguous queue target produce specific guidance.
  • L can reopen or continue a blocked item through natural phrasing once missing information is supplied.
  • Regression tests cover a technical blocked executor and a human-clarification blocker.
