What's Wrong?
In the Claude Code desktop app (Code tab), the @ file mention picker only surfaces packages/directories, not individual files. Typing a filename after @ does not filter to or display matching files.
What Should Happen?
The @ picker should allow searching for and selecting individual files by name, the same way it works in the Claude Code CLI and IDE extensions.
