hermes - 💡(How to fix) Fix TUI: Thinking block leaks raw JSON and Σ character

Bug Description

When rendering the thinking state block in the terminal UI, the output leaks raw parsing artifacts to the screen.

Observed Output:

Expected Behavior: The thinking block should swallow the parsed metadata cleanly without leaking the parsing string boundary () or printing the raw Sigma character component () when it shouldn't be visible.

Root cause indicator: The character is hardcoded into (line 1198) for token metrics, and the raw JSON fragment appears to be a stream parsing failure where the TUI renderer swallows a bracket or boundary marker and fails to hide the raw theme payload.
