Bug Description

during the Hermes update process, it got stuck at "webui-build", then machine got reboot it. After machine restarted, Hermes is gone.

  1. Machine started
  2. run Hermes Update
  3. completely got stuck at "webui-build"
  4. Machine rebooted
  5. Hermes gone.
