Acceptance criteria

• Work queue entries show execution capability and current executor state.
• Brief highlights executable safe work separately from approval-gated or human-only work.
• Completed executed work shows the latest result summary and source checked.
• Blocked work explains whether it is blocked by permission, missing data, missing tool, or failed execution.
• Tests cover /lwork and /lbrief rendering for executable, executed, and blocked_by_permission items.
