What to build

Add the first proactive operating rhythm for L: Morning Brief, Midday Check, and Evening Closeout in Asia/Bangkok. This slice should establish the scheduleable command/job path and generate summaries from the ledger without requiring final tuning of times or content.

Acceptance criteria

• A Morning Brief can be generated from the ledger with decisions needed, top priorities, risks, follow-ups, and recommended next action.
• A Midday Check can be generated in a short form focused on priority changes, urgent replies, and blockers.
• An Evening Closeout can summarize advice/decisions given, progress/stuck work, tomorrow questions, and productivity patterns.
• The rhythm can be invoked manually in tests and is structured so it can later run from systemd timers, Hermes routines, or the app scheduler.
