What to build
Resolve queue references like latest, first, last, blocked item, gateway task, or the most recent approval item so Leo can operate the queue without copying IDs. This should work across normal commands and natural-language requests.
Acceptance criteria
- L resolves latest/first/last and Thai equivalents against the correct queue subset.
- L can resolve a topical reference such as 'งาน gateway' when exactly one matching item exists.
- If multiple items match, L asks a short clarification with the top candidates.
- Regression tests cover ordinal, latest, blocked, topical, and ambiguous references.
