Bug Description After my session was suspended last night due to rate limit, I woke up the agent with the following prompt "Yes, everybdy is listening for your directive". I have 6 other agents that collaborates with this one (the architect/pm). The only prompt I gave them was "Please resume monitoring to be ready to jump into action". They currently collaborate via an MCP over a slack channel (more of a signalling channel so the data exchange over that channel is very terse). As I am checking the claude.ai console, I see my current session jump at 74% - this makes absolute no sense to me. I had a very similar problem a 2 weeks ago (and got a mysterious $100 credit from Anthropic). Last week was back to normal and here we are again. Hope this can get resolved once and for all or at least have a meaningful explaination as to what causes this so I can fix it if it is on my end. For the record, I did a thorough review of the MCP server to make sure that we were not loading to much history (basically we load the last 10 minutes or so)
