Bug Description

After upgrading to version 2.21.7, many scheduled task workflows no longer execute.

What changes were made in this version? I still chose the stable version.

Many of my workflows stopped running on May 22nd (after upgrading to version 2.21.7).

Upgrading to 2.21.7 caused a problem, and I don't have a stable path to reproduce it.
