codex - 💡(How to fix) Fix annotations now loosing focus when typing the annotation - codex flickering !

What issue are you seeing?

since latest update when typing into the annotations comment box area it is now loosing focus when typing the annotation text.. you have to continue to keep clicking into the annotation box, the code app seems to flicker very quickly when clicking an item when in annotation mode, i can see my windows desktop for a short second during this app flicker, this also seems to be occurring when the focus is lost when typing the annotation text.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

click annotate button then click somewhere to annotate just click around on object, i was testing using the browser in the sidepanel, just clicking on object to object i see the flicker. or try to type in the annotation box you will get maybe 5 words before it flickers and you stop typing in the box as it has lost focus

What is the expected behavior?

not flickering, not losing focus when typing into the annotation box

this is such a pain to use annotation due to the loss of context, i think the flickering is the cause.
