gemini-cli - 💡(How to fix) Fix asked gemini to review a github PR, it stashed unrelated changes in master while doing so [1 comments, 2 participants]

What happened?

I asked gemini to review a PR by giving it the github URL. While doing so, it decided to stash unrelated changes I had in my master branch. It didn't ask if it could do this, it didn't say it was going to do it, and it didn't unstash them after it finished. It took me a while to figure out that the changes weren't lost, but were stashed, and that this particular session was the cause of it.

What did you expect to happen?

I had the crazy idea that gemini would just review the PR like I asked it to and not mess around with files in my local directories.
