Description of Issue

I am experiencing a critical failure in the delivery of my Ollama Cloud Pro subscription services. Despite a successful payment of US$20.00 on May 11, 2026, my account remains restricted to the "Free" tier.

System Discrepancy Evidence:

  1. Stripe Records: My Stripe billing portal confirms the May 11 invoice is Paid and the next billing date is June 11, 2026.
    1. Ollama Billing Settings: The internal billing page acknowledges the May 11 payment as Paid, yet simultaneously displays a "Payment Past Due" warning.
    1. Service Access: My Cloud Usage is still labeled as "Free", and I am blocked by usage limits (100% used), preventing access to Pro models. This is my fourth attempt to contact support (previous three emails sent to [email protected] remain unanswered).
