Bug Description upgrade from Max 5x to 20x but still got 5x limits

before upgrade, almost reached weekly limits in 3 days. decided to upgrade 5x -> 20x. now after 28 hours, already at 24% weekly limits. literally same 5x limits, not 20x limits.
