Bug Description Since the recent outage earlier yesterday I cannot run claude code anymore. /doctor return Background server status : nor running. I checked daemon status, reinstalled claude code, restarted my computer, saved my settings.json in settings.json.backup and started a new cluade session. Nothing worked, and this means I cannot work at all. What should I do ?
