What's Wrong?

at claude code ide extention i executed /remote-control and then switched the account and from that i was able to still have access to the session from both accounts the old one and the new switched one

What Should Happen?

the remote session should be closed for the old account once i switch to new account

just execute /remote-control and then switch the account you are accessing claude with and then from your phone you will be able to access the session from both accounts
