What's Wrong?

Description Claude Code extension fails to initialize in VS Code on Windows. The claude.exe process crashes during startup with exit code 3221225477 (0xC0000005) resulting in a JSON parsing failure in the extension.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code initializes successfully and returns valid JSON for auth/status.
