claude-code - 💡(How to fix) Fix [Bug] Claude Code enters infinite task loop on state persistence request while Codebase Agent handles identical prompt correctly

Bug Description Claude Code, when you tell it "save all you state, update all docs, then make very very sure that everything is updated. Finally write me a script to continue the session {after the bounce to update you, when I get {to the office,home, back up from bed}" starts doing all kinds of side tasks that need user interaction without end, an obvious delaying tactic. Cowork, which is using the same configuration, the same fs structures (they work together sometimes) does not show any such behavior on the identical prompt. It starts saving and updating everything, commits what needs to be commited and then generates the prompt and withes me good night/good travels/see you on the other side of the bounce etc.
