Bug Description in last few weeks, claude code was able to update files and execute tools even when accept edits is NOT on (ie, it's in plan mode or default read only mode). this bug seems to coincide with the introduction of auto mode. though i'm not using auto mode. this is a pretty serious bug that affects daily workflow a lot. pls fix it.
