Bug Description Keeps refusing constantly to do what it's asked and does its own thing. I'm getting 50 to 100 refusals on tasks per day at the moment, and then I have to tell it, "No, this is what you need to do." Why is it refusing to do so much work? Why is Claude constantly delivering problems rather than solutions?
