Bug Description claude often posts instructions 2x--i just received handoff instructions for a build and it gave me 3 steps, explaining them as steps 1, 2, 3 and again, 3 (2nd time with complete instructions). Related, sometimes when i resize terminak or scroll up window text from claude repeats itself 2 or 3x. This is obviousy a bug
