What's Wrong?
My pro plan changed to a free plan, even though it was supposed to work until May 6th. I received it on April 6th. Trying to solve the problem with the AI agent in the support chat didn't solve anything, he just asked the same questions and no normal answers, when I tried to ask him to transfer me to a human, he just stopped communicating and that was it.
