What's Wrong?

Account: [email protected] Invoice: TDMEI4MH-0002 Amount: US$200.00 Date: 4 May 2026 Payment: MasterCard ending 3803 Support ticket: #98414290

Payment confirmed by Stripe but Pro plan never activated. Account shows Free plan. All support channels (in-app chat, email, Fin AI bot) loop back to automated responses with no human resolution after 5 days. The "Get Help" → "Send us a message" button does not appear in my account, preventing me from submitting a refund request. Requesting either: activation of Pro plan on [email protected], or full refund of US$200.

What Should Happen?

Activated my Pro subscrption instantly and be able to contact support. Not just Ai chatbot.
