What's Wrong?

Hello, I have Claude Pro plan and added $50 of extra usage, yet it still is not bypassing API limits:

I already chatted with the AI bot several times, first time it cancelled my Pro plan to do a refund, and then I had to re-subscribe, but the issue persists.

What Should Happen?

I expect it to keep working and use my credits (pay-as-you-go).
