What's Wrong?

Since a recent update of the Claude Code VS Code extension, interactive questions from Claude (confirmations, multiple-choice prompts) are no longer presented with clickable buttons. Instead, the question is written as plain text and expects a typed response.

Previously, these prompts appeared with clickable button options in the chat panel.

What Should Happen?

Questions with a defined set of options (yes/no, multiple choice, confirmations) should be presented as clickable buttons in the chat UI, as in previous versions.
