extent analysis

TL;DR

The issue can likely be resolved by investigating the application logs and configuration to determine why the Cowork tab is not visible in the Desktop app mode selector.

Guidance

  • Review the attached screenshot from the Event Viewer to identify any error messages or warnings that may indicate why the Cowork tab is not appearing.
  • Check the application's configuration files or settings to ensure that the Cowork feature is enabled and properly configured.
  • Verify that the issue is not specific to the user's account or profile by testing with a different user or profile.
  • Investigate potential compatibility issues with the Windows operating system or other software that may be interfering with the Cowork feature.

Example

No code snippet is provided as the issue does not contain sufficient technical details to create a relevant example.

Notes

The issue may be related to a configuration or compatibility problem, and further investigation is needed to determine the root cause. The fact that the Cowork feature is visible in web settings but not in the Desktop app suggests that the issue may be specific to the Desktop app or its configuration.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: The issue is likely related to a configuration or compatibility problem, and applying a workaround such as checking the application's configuration files or testing with a different user or profile may help resolve the issue.
