What's Wrong?

Approx 2 mins thinking time per response even at the start of a new session. Affects Sonnet and Opus. Unable to use the product today. https://status.claude.com/ reports no issues. Claude.ai desktop app responding normally, Cowork sessions taking 2+ mins per turn and all MCP connectors failing to connect. Issue is Cowork-specific, not inference.
