Description

Follow-up to #74906 (locked). The completed dreaming-narrative-* isolated sessions are still never evicted from the Gateway in-memory session store on v2026.5.7.

Current Behavior

  • Memory Dreaming Promotion cron spawns ~20 isolated sub-sessions daily (deep/rem/light × fragments)
  • Sessions complete (status: done) in 7-25s but persist in memory indefinitely
  • sessions_list returns ~20 dreaming sessions accumulated over 3+ days
  • A cleanup cron exists but frequently times out and cannot keep up with the spawn rate
