  • I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

On both iPhone and Mac. In different sessions with different codebase projects. While in ask permission status, only the accept or deny edits window appears. The edit UI window no longer appears to view red and green, remove and add highlighted text.

What Should Happen?

When in ask for permission mode the edit UI window should appear to allow the user to view what text/code is suggested to be added and removed. And highlighted red for removal and green for addition.
