What's Wrong?
The /feedback slash command is documented and referenced as a way to send feedback to Anthropic, but it is not available in the Claude Code VSCode extension chat input. Typing /feedback shows no matching command in the autocomplete menu and produces no action when submitted.
This appears to be CLI-only behaviour, but it's not clearly signposted to VSCode users — leaving no obvious in-product path to send feedback.
What Should Happen?
Either:
/feedback works inside the VSCode extension and opens a feedback flow, OR Typing /feedback returns a clear pointer to the correct feedback channel (e.g. the GitHub issues URL)
