Steps to reproduce

When opening the metadata filter conditions panel and clicking on the operator dropdown, the dropdown list appears behind the main "Knowledge Retrieval" panel. As a result, most of the options are visually clipped or hidden beneath the overlapping panel, making them difficult or impossible to interact with.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The dropdown list should appear on top of all other UI elements (correct z-index stacking), so all options are fully visible and selectable.

❌ Actual Behavior

The dropdown is partially or fully covered by the Knowledge Retrieval panel, as shown in the screenshot below.
