There appears to be an issue when requesting document generation (.docx, .pdf, etc.) on the user's final available message/quota.
What Should Happen?
- If the request was accepted and generation completed, the downloadable file should still be created and preserved.
- Export/attachment generation should not fail after the request has already been processed.
