Bug Description ▎ /insights had read access to my repo (.gzkit/skills/, AGENTS.md, .claude/rules/) and still produced suggestions that ▎ duplicated existing skills (proposed /ghi-fix while ghi-close v2.4.0 sat one ls away) and restated rules already in ▎ canon (slash-command literalism was already drafted as Behavior Rule § Never #9 in the same session). The ▎ recommender appears to follow the shape of a usage-insights report from training — "what works / hindering / quick ▎ wins / features to try" with bullet remediations — rather than grounding suggestions against the corpus it can ▎ actually read. Net: ~half the suggestions in the 2026-05-18 report were Captain Obvious or duplicative. A grounding ▎ pass against the project's skill/rule catalog before generating "features to try" would close the gap.
