What's Wrong?

Every MCP tool call for Google — even when explicitly listed in the allow array — still triggers a blocking approval prompt and then errors out with MCP tool call requires approval. This makes unattended/automated workflows using MCP integrations impossible.

What Should Happen?

MCP tool calls listed in permissions.allow should proceed automatically without prompting. Tool calling works ok in the chat not in claude code routines.
