MEDIA: file delivery fails on Windows. Paths like /c/Users/... get mangled to backslash-backslash-c-backslash-Users instead of C: backslash Users.

Root Cause

  1. Agent emits MEDIA:/c/Users/.../file.jpg
  2. Gateway converts to file:///c/Users/... (Unix-style, not Windows c:/)
  3. Path becomes UNC-style instead of native Windows path
  4. weixin.py send_file() calls Path(path).read_bytes() and fails

Fix: convert MSYS/Git Bash paths to Windows-native format before Path().
