hermes - 💡(How to fix) Fix [Bug] Mobile thumbnail creator shows transcription controls and lacks thumbnail/export options

Bug Description

On mobile, the thumbnail creator view appears to be rendering the wrong tool controls. It shows transcription/speech controls instead of thumbnail-specific options.

Observed Behavior

• The top control area shows items like Transcribe, Generate Speech, Enhance, Upload, and Settings.
• The thumbnail creator should instead expose thumbnail-tool controls, such as:
  • number of thumbnails to generate
  • export/download options
  • thumbnail-specific settings
• The current layout also leaves too little vertical space for the actual thumbnail/content area.

Expected Behavior

When the user is in the thumbnail creator tool:

• Show thumbnail-specific controls, not transcription/speech controls.
• Keep the tool controls compact enough that the main preview/work area has enough room on a phone screen.
• Provide expected thumbnail count and export options.
