Bug Description There is an issue for many months where the model updates are not reflecting for the same account. My laptop shows for example
Opus 4.8 as a model but my desktop shows Opus 4.7 as a model. I tried updating and waited for 2-3 weeks but latest model doesn't get
reflected on my desktop with the same account. This has been an issue for at least 8 months now. it's annoying. if i uninstall and reinstall claude again then the model shows up as the latest i.e Opus 4.8
