Title: Multiple critical failures after updating to 2026.5.12 on macOS (Gmail sending, Dropbox terminal access, PDF generation)

Environment:

Host: Mac mini (macOS 26.2, Apple Silicon) OpenClaw version: 2026.5.12 (updated today from a working 2026.5.x version) Gateway: Running as LaunchAgent, bound to localhost Previously working: This morning (before the update) Problems (all started after the update):

Gmail sending with attachments failing

gog gmail send --attach either times out or fails Plain text and small attachments sometimes work Automated/subagent sends also failing in current session 1.1MB–5.4MB PDFs previously sent successfully are now failing Dropbox terminal access broken

mkdir, cp, ls operations on Dropbox folders often fail with "No such file or directory" or "Operation not permitted" Folders created via terminal do not appear in Finder Direct paths that exist in Finder are not visible from terminal Dropbox menu bar icon shows normal (green, no errors) PDF generation / report creation degraded

Unable to generate proper PDF reports with images (only Markdown possible) This worked reliably before the update Impact:

Cannot send automated emails with reports to agents Cannot reliably file reports in the correct Dropbox folders Workflow for processing 10+ occupancy reports is completely blocked Additional Context:

System resources are healthy (CPU 68% idle, no swap, disk 7% used) No obvious errors in openclaw logs --since 30m Issues persist across multiple sessions and after gateway restart attempts Requested Action: Please investigate regression in gog gmail send with attachments and terminal-Dropbox file operations after v2026.5.12.

Steps to reproduce

Any reports requested through gateway stall, but cron still works... Recently there was a migreation to a new device but it was working this morning beofre the update. There was an issue though with using Claude.

Expected behavior

Files cannot be writtent to Dropbox, gmails with attachments not sending, very clunky behaviour compared to before, with either model

Actual behavior

Gateway responds but actions stall

OpenClaw version

2026.5.12

Operating system

MacOS Tahoe

Install method

automatically installed by previous agent on another device through SSH

Model

Claude Opus 4.7 and Grok 4.3

Provider / routing chain

Openclaw gateway only (crons work)
