Root Cause

openclaw doctor outputs "Memory search disabled." for all agents, even when memory-core dreaming is actively running and producing artifacts. The confusion is because agents.defaults.memorySearch (embedding search) is separate from the memory-core plugin dreaming pipeline, but the doctor output does not distinguish them.

Expected: doctor should separately report memory-core dreaming status (enabled/disabled, last run, next scheduled time).
