What's Wrong?

Organization Disabled - Account Review Request Hi Anthropic Support, My account [email protected] has been disabled with the error "This organization has been disabled." I am a paying Pro subscriber and have not violated any terms of service. Please:

  1. Provide a clear explanation of why my account was disabled
  2. Review my account manually
  3. Restore my access if this was an automated system error Account email: [email protected] Subscription type: Pro Date of issue: Thursday, April 30, 2026 Thank you

What Should Happen?

I believe my account should not be suspended for the following reasons:

  1. I am a legitimate paying subscriber. I have been a direct-paying Claude Pro subscriber with a valid payment method and billing history. I am not using a gift subscription or trial account.
  2. No terms of service violation. I was simply logging into claude.com/plugins to explore available plugins — a normal, intended use of the platform. I was not scraping, automating, or engaging in any abusive behavior.
  3. VPN usage is a network requirement, not malicious intent. I was using a VPN with tun mode due to my local network/ISP configuration. This is a standard setup for many legitimate users, especially in regions with restricted internet access. Using a VPN does not imply wrongdoing.
  4. No prior warning was provided. My account was disabled immediately without any email notification, warning, or opportunity to correct the behavior. A paying subscriber deserves at minimum a warning before permanent suspension.
  5. This appears to be an automated false positive. The combination of VPN + visiting claude.com/plugins appears to have triggered an automated anti-abuse system that incorrectly flagged my legitimate activity. I respectfully request a manual review of my account and restoration of access. I have payment records and can verify my identity if needed.
