**Same bug as Issue #57594**Fin AI checks API/Console billing instead of Claude.ai consumer subscription.

**Steps completed:**
-Correct email confirmed
-No "Resubscribe" button in Billing settings
-Logged out/in — no change
-Multiple Fin AI conversations — no resolution
-Escalation emails sent to support@anthropic.com

**Request:** Please have a human billing specialist manually activate Claude Pro, or check Claude.ai consumer billing directly (not API/Console).
