What's Wrong?

Bug Report: I am using Claude Code version 2.1.140, and image paste functionality is no longer working.

Previously, I was able to paste images normally, but after updating to this version, the feature stopped working completely.

Expected behavior: Pasting an image should attach or insert the image as before.

Current behavior: Nothing happens when trying to paste an image.

Version: Claude Code v2.1.140

Open Claude Code v2.1.140 Start a new chat/session Copy an image to the clipboard Try to paste the image using Ctrl + V (or Cmd + V on macOS) Observe that the image is not pasted or attached

Expected Result: The image should be pasted/uploaded normally.

Actual Result: Nothing happens when pasting the image.
