Repro

Set agents.list[0].subagents.model to an object such as { "primary": "openai/gpt-5.5", "timeoutMs": 30000 }. The per-agent schema rejects timeoutMs, while agents.defaults.subagents.model accepts it.

Expected

Per-agent subagent model config should accept the same model shape as defaults unless intentionally documented otherwise.

Suggested fix

Reuse the shared AgentModelSchema for AgentEntrySchema.subagents.model, or add timeoutMs to the inline object and centralize future shape changes.
