What's Wrong?
After installing a third-party plugin and executing reload_plugins, Claude Code fails to count the number of skills provided by this plugin, even though the skills have already been hot-loaded. The counts for agents and MCPs are correctly reflected. The same issue persists even after uninstalling the plugin.
What Should Happen?
Correctly count the number of skills, agents, MCPs, etc., provided by plugins, and display them accurately after executing reload-plugins.
