Bug Description

When cron has a messaged sent to telegram, it's on the main chat and it's supposed to detect a reply, we are not able to reply. And no way to create a new thread with the context of that initial cron message.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Any message into the telegram main chat.
  2. make sure topics enabled
  3. try to reply to any message

Expected Behavior

Should open a new topic with the reply.

Actual Behavior

Shows this now.

This main chat is reserved for system commands.

To start a new Hermes chat, open the All Messages topic at the top of this bot interface and send any message there. Telegram will create a new topic for that message; each topic works as an independent Hermes session.
