Description:

When creating a skill named "open-source" in ~/.hermes/skills/, it doesn't appear in the output of npx skills list.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new skill in ~/.hermes/skills/open-source/SKILL.md
  2. Run npx skills list
  3. Observe that the "open-source" skill is missing from the list

Expected behavior: The "open-source" skill should appear in the list of installed skills.

Actual behavior: The skill is created successfully and can be loaded, but doesn't appear in npx skills list output.

Environment:

  • Hermes Agent (latest version)
  • npx skills CLI

Additional context: The skill appears to be created correctly and can be loaded via /skill open-source. The issue is specifically with the npx skills list command not displaying it.
