What's Wrong?

Client-side content filter blocks completely ordinary personal messages. Example blocked message: "He was so active, did exercises until 75, then stopped, but until 90 was still active, then health problems started" — personal story about elderly father.

This has happened 12+ sessions in a row. Started around v2.1.139, persists after updating to v2.1.143.

What Should Happen?

Personal conversations about family and health should not be blocked by the content filter.

  1. Open Claude Code and start a conversation
  2. Write a personal message about elderly parent's health history
  3. Example: "He was so active, did exercises until 75, then stopped, but until 90 was still active, then health problems started"
  4. Message is blocked with Usage Policy violation
