What's Wrong?

Hi! I subscribed to Claud's Pro subscription plan a few hours ago. I downloaded the Claud's desktop app too and logged in using the same email address (i.e. [email protected]) . On the browser version it shows me Pro plan but on the desktop version it shows me Free plan. I have also tried conventional methods of signing out of the desktop app, quitting the app and also ended the task from the task manager to ensure it was completely shut down. then i also cleared cache memory and signed back into the desktop app. still it's showing a Free version.

As a proof I am attaching the screen shots too in this email. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

1- Browser version showing Pro Plan

I even tried claude help in desktop app and emailed you guys on "[email protected]" but your AI support is pathetic and it do not understand and resolve the issue. i think you guys must consider human assistance in this area instead of relying of your AI system to resolve such customer support tickets/issues.
