What happened?

Even after the fix I am still seeing this when doing test connection on the model {"message": "10.100.219.252:1470 - "POST /health/test_connection HTTP/1.1" 403", "level": "INFO", "timestamp": "2026-06-02T15:52:32.534957", "component": "uvicorn.access", "logger": "h11_impl.py:473"} It was supposed to be fixed in https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/pull/27487

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add a model to the team in litellm
  2. As a team admin or internal user, click on test connection in the model for health check
  3. it gives 403
