hermes - 💡(How to fix) Fix [Bug] Transcript section renders an empty panel despite transcript header/copy controls

Bug Description

The mobile results view shows a Transcript section with a blank/dark content panel. No transcript text is displayed even though the section header and Copy button are present.

Observed Behavior

• The UI shows a Transcript header and a Copy button.
• The transcript body area below is empty/dark.
• Annotation on screenshot: "No transcript showing up".

Expected Behavior

If transcript data exists:

• Render the transcript text in the transcript panel.
• Make the Copy button copy the rendered transcript.

If transcript data does not exist or failed:

• Show an explicit empty/error state explaining why no transcript is available.
• Disable or clarify the Copy button state.
