What's Wrong?

My ultrareview ran but returned empty findings [] instead of a real review result.

• Scope: 55 files changed, 13265 insertions, 7205 deletions
• Free usage consumed: 2 of 3

The review appeared to complete but produced no output. Requesting a refund of the 1 free ultrareview credit used.

What Should Happen?

it should have resumed or it should have refunded my ultrareview

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code in a git repository with a feature branch
2. Ensure the branch has significant changes (in this case: 55 files changed, 13265 insertions, 7205 deletions vs main)
3. Run /ultrareview with no arguments (targets current branch → main)
4. Wait for the cloud review to complete (~5-10 min)
5. Observe: task notification returns with status completed but findings are empty []

Expected: Review findings with code analysis Actual: [] — empty findings, no review output
